All bookings require full payment upon making the reservation via credit card, check, cash, or money order to guarantee your room(s).
Bookings are subject to a 14 day (winter season) or 7 day (spring, summer and fall) cancellation period prior to the first day of stay to get a refund less a $50 service charge.
If room cancellations are made (13 day or less for winter) or (7 days or less for spring, summer and fall) days prior to arrival of the first day of stay, refunds are given, less a one day service charge, only if and when the rooms have been rebooked. No refunds for cancellations 48 hours prior to arrival dates or early departures.
No refunds due to weather unless the Highway 4 is closed more than 4 hours between Angels Camp and Tamarack according to Cal Trans. No refunds for bad weather, lack of snow or too much snow, illness, family emergency, car problems, booking at the wrong Bear Valley or Tamarack Lodge.
Tamarack Lodge is a No Smoking, No Pets facility.
